Not bad but it has some bad points, like not being designed for computer use. It has a lot of messages going all over the place, it does not show your screen contents during the defragmentation because it is a low priority. It should be preinstalled. Having it causes it to take more CPU time. I would have much rather it just defrag and end.
Right after installing Auslogics Disk Defrag I right clicked on every icon it created for me. I’m not sure if I expected it to detect and defrag all my volumes, and I’m not sure if I expected it to remove the shortcuts on my desktop.
We need to talk about the design. I like it.
I would have like to have seen “make more space” in the menu. Also, I like the way you can batch “optimize” all your drives. I don’t think defrag has a problem putting a drive in “unoptimized” for a period of time.
It’s not for people who don’t know how to use their computers.
I have had Auslogics Disk Defrag installed for a few weeks, and I like it, but on my computer it doesn’t work and I have to go through the uninstaller. I’m always getting that message every time I’m trying to use it. I have to keep restarting my computer to get rid of it, which makes me think it was installed improperly. I feel like I should have tried re-installing it twice, but I didn’t think to uninstall the first one first.
Upon its installation, Auslogics Disk Defrag removed my recovery partition and reconfigured my hard drive. It was a really bad idea and I think it’s something that shouldn’t be happening.
We have analyzed Auslogics Disk Defrag and found some problems that should be fixed
We recommend that you uninstall Auslogics Disk Def
